New installation on a Mac running El Capitan 10.11.6
I have downloaded the iso and copied it to the desktop.
Parallels can find the file, accepts the key(?), and begins to install the os, - displays "Setup is starting"
then the message "No images are available" is displayed and if I cancel the process I get dumped into the shell.
    Any pointer gladly accepted :)
    Michael

Hello Michael, It looks like the installation file (.iso) has been corrupted. Please redownload the .iso file and try installing it once again
    & keep us posted!

Resolution: I was using the incorrect iso. I have a key for the academic edition of Windows 10, and it requires a different iso to that which the Parallels app directs the users to. Downloaded the academic version and all is well.

Suggestion: trap this error in a more eloquent way?

    Thanks
    Michael

Great! Glad your issue has been resolved by downloading the .iso file for the academic version of Windows 10. Thank you for your suggestion. Feel free to reach out anytime.

Issue: "No Images Found" on windows installer window. When trying to download Windows 10, no images found appears on prompt window. Must "Stop Installer" on OS task bar. Problem was can be caused by corrupt iso file or incorrect file overall. If you have the education version, make sure to use the ACADEMIC ISO.
Solution: Make sure that you are downloading the correct iso file for windows to install into parallels. For example, I downloaded the 64 bit standard Windows 10 (I even tried the Creative and Multilanguage with no avail). IT WORKED when I downloaded a specific academic 64 bit iso for Windows 10 education. The link that worked for me is: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/vlacademicISO. I got that link from another forum thread. Hope it helps!

Arg. Same error as described above. The MS site is terrible. I am on a mac. Bought WINDOWS 10 home at MS online by credit card. The MS downloads link take me to what appear to be update images label N etc that seem designed to upgrade something existing in "creater" and "anniversary" editions and I've no idea what those are really, and there is a cryptic message ''Mac customers using Boot Camp: Instead of performing a new install of Creators Update, download and install Windows 10 Anniversary Update ISO. Then install the Creators Update via the normal Windows update process. For more details click here.'' Following a link to academic, at https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10ISO, I downloaded Win10_1607_SingleLang_English_x64.iso and get the Parallells windows setup "no images are available" error described above, although prior to that the parallels setup process worked. Reading a forum note, I killed it all, made sure my download was not "Loaded" according to Finder, tried again, same result. Trying to re-download, MS accepts my product key "The product key is eligible for Windows 10" then, choosing english and trying to confirm it returns the error then choosing english and trying to confirm it returns "Error we encountered a problem with your request. Try again later." Over and over. Why can't Parallels supply a link, or at least a file name, and help with this stuff? The threads in this forum are not helping me. I am very disappointed in this process.

Hi @DuncanC1 , please uncheck "Express Installation" in the Parallels Wizard and try installing once again and let us know if that works.
