Please check the status of Parallels NAT and AirPort ports indicators in Mac - System Preferences - Network - Show: Network Status.
If they are red, open Parallels NAT tab (Show: Parallels NAT), choose Off for Configure IP, click Apply. Choose Using DHCP and click Apply again. Repeat these steps for AirPort tab.
