The parallels was running well until I ran the update.. The keyboard is lost, no keyboard. However, I can still use the mouse. The problem is I have to use CTRL+ALT+DEL to login to Windows first, no keyboard means I can't install the updated Parallels Tool!! Then I did another update to version 3214. Still the same problem. The last solution is to reinstall the windows, but I really don't want to do that. If there any idea to fix this problem? Thanks a lot!!
