No more coherence mode

Hi all,

I updated parallel desktop to Version 3.0 yesterday (build 5608 - 06/11/08). Since that moment, the coherence mode doesn't work anymore. In fact, the mode is activate, but when i want to use Word or any application installed on the VM, any windows appear.
What i should do ?
Last time i installed the update, the icons on the dock were invisible. Now they are visible but no more coherence mode.

It is not clear what does "when i want to use Word or any application installed on the VM, any windows appear." - how does it happen, can you provide with screenshots?

General recommendations in case of problem with coherence or parallels tools in general would be to reinstall parallels tools: start parallels desktop, start VM, click Actions > Install parallels tools > Follow installation wizard in VM.
