I've created a guest with MacOS 14.1.1 on Parallels Pro 19.1.1, and during the setup, it's unable to connect to the network. When I skip it in the setup and later take a look at the network settings, there's a presumably connected Ethernet, but I can't open any connections, not even when using IP addresses.

The only network related thing that I can think of, is that I have a VPN software installed on my host: Cisco Secure Client version 5.0.0.04032

@ThomasG46 Do you also have some VPN software installed? I have deinstalled Cisco Secure Client (but I still use Tunnelblick), and now: IT WORKS! Maybe that helps you, too.
