No "Parallels Shared Applications"

According to the user's guide, I should see this in "All Programs" in the Start menu. I have everything set up in the VM configuration and have tried the Populate commands multiple times. Am I missing something? Is this feature only for Parallels disk images instead of using a Boot Camp partition (which is what I'm doing)?

As a first step try to reinstall Parallels Tools

Are Shared folders enabled?
What is the build number?

I'm using AVG on the Windows side. Shared folders are enabled. Build 5608.
