Good day everyone, Our options of parallels were reset after an update, so we had set up policies so printers & drivers get redirected. It now works for our Windows, but not for the mac os users. They run the latest version of mac and parallels, settings as below; Inside the connection properties > Printing > we Use the option Technology RAS Universal Printing and MS Basic Redirection technologies Redirect printers : all RAS Console → Universal Printing → Printing drivers we have the option to allow redirection We greatly appreciate any help
