No puedo activar Parallels Desktop V12

    Dear, I purchased the license for Parallels Desktop for Mac 12, with the license key <removed>
    Previously I had version 9 of the same product, with the license key <removed>

    However, I can not activate the purchased product now since the system does not recognize the previous key. Finding out the reasons, I learned that it is not possible to activate a version with a three times earlier. So how do I get reimbursed for the purchased license money that I will not be able to use?

    Please help me to solve this problem since I need to occupy the system.
