No subscription renewal email notification

I recently was charged for my yearly renewal, however, I no longer have a mac computer and I never received any previous notification that my account was renewing, and I did not want it to renew. Please help me get refunded for this charge, and for my subscription for the future to be cancelled. Thanks.
