No wireless connection

I have no wireless connection visible. Only Lan option. I tried reinstalling parallel tools but it didnt work. Im connected to an unidentified network with no internet connection

using parallels 10

This has not solved my problem. I am connected to something called Network 3 by changing the settings in hardware but I want to connect to my router. Multiple routers are available where I am but none of them are visible the ethernet is not working also.
