Not able to register Parallels

Hi,

I tried to get the new Version of Parallels Desktop but the Software just says that i have to register it. As i remember i already registered earlier, i installed all the last updates without problems.

I tried to register again (it may be that i didn't registered) but i'm not able to do it as the form doesn't accept my activation Key.

Any suggestions how to get the Registration working?

Thanks but that is not the problem. The software itself works fine but the web form to register the software doesn't take my activation key.

Currently i use Build 5584.

Anyone from Parallels who is able to check this?

email support directly

with updates you may need all your old keys in order too
I save all those emails with keys in google mail (ie off site)
and copy paste the key
