Not possible to use ExtFat Partition in Windows Explorer

    If started in VM
    It is not possible to use a partition with ExtFat directly from windows explorer.
    The partition is visible and shown as a local drive. But when I click on this drive the message appear that this drive is not formated, but it is.
    This drive is accessible via mac network but not directly.
    Windows starts from BootCamp
    If Windows is started native, this ExtFat Drive is accessible from Windows Explorer
    MacOs version: 10.13.2 (High Sierra)
    Parallels: 13.2.0 (43213)
    Are there any hints?
