Notify user that applications are still running on the server and provide a reconnect action

Client could inform the users that the have applications running on the server when they reconnect from the same or another client and there are still applications running for the user on the server.
As an example, user starts Word from Client A and shuts down the computer. When he logs in to its iPad it gets a message saying that Word is running on the server adn asking if he wants to reconnect.
This is similiar to what other competing solutions do.
