Number pad on keyboard does not work

The number keys on the number pad of my iMac do not work when in Windows. They do if I use the numbers on the keys at the top of the keyboard.

Is this s bug and is there a fix?
 
Launch your guest OS and then press the "clear" key on your keyboard. This is the same key as NumLock on a Windows keyboard.
 
Thanks for the tip but this is annoying!
why does the user need to activate it every time, should we have another button to activate the keyboard too?
