Oblivion 1.2 and Cheat Console with Parallels 7

My configuration:

Mac Pro (late 2006 model)
19GB of RAM
Parallels 7 Build 7.0.15052
(Revision 710728; November 11, 2011)
Windows 7 Pro for Guest OS

Game - Oblivion

Problem:

The cheat console won't come up (yea yea don't judge me ;) ) when I press the Tilde key. Works fine if say I use Boot Camp.

Any one have any suggestions?
 
I tried this both on a Windows XP SP3 VM and a Windows 7 Home Edition VM, using Parallels 7 (7.0.15052), on my MacBook Pro and was able to access the debug console in both VMs.

My MacBook is an early 2011 model and I am running Lion (10.7.2)
 
I'm using Parallels 8 and Windows 7 and have the same problem at these games:

- Fallout 3
- Fallout New Vegas
- Oblivion

(All games of the same developer)

Could anyone give some support?
