Obtaining different IP addresses for Guest OSes

I notice that both guest OSes have the same IP address as the host OS.
I'm using Parallels on my MacBook to host Ubuntu and WinXP for testing purposes.
I want to be able to run a web server on Ubuntu that's visible from the both
the host Mac OS X and guest WinXP.
Is this possible?
How do I do it?
I connect to the 'net via a dsl modem/router with dhcp.
