Office 2016 applications won't open in Parallels 14

I have just upgraded to Parallels 14 from Parallels 12. My Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 versions of Excel, Word and Powerpoint, which were working, will no longer open. There is no failure message. Outlook does work as do other applications. Any suggestions?

Hi adiggle. Please try to open the program from the Windows start menu and let us know what exactly happens after selecting the particular programs icon.
