I've being using build 3188. Could anyone please tell what is the official build after 3188?

I've seen messages in the forum about 3214, and there was a link posted to it. I havn't installed it, because I haven't been able to learn what are the new features and what is fixed (and what is broken).

Do a search on 3214 and you should find a post with the link.
