ok to use Parallel ver.16 for Macbook M1 (Monterey 12.5) to install windows 11?

Dears,
as title, is it possible to use original parallel v.16 for windows 11 in Mac M1?
I just need windows, basic office (2019) function...

if I am in 14-day trial of ver 18 now, how should I do to downgrade to ver.16 with current setting of Windows 11?
please advise, thanks!
