Old Kernel Components problem

Hi,

After installing version 4.0.3844 my virtual WinXP is giving me a message shown in the image below when I tell it to start, I have reinstalled the software (Parallels) twice now, but still the message appears, and Windows doesn't work properly once started. Please help. Thanks.
