I bought Parallels for Mac some years ago. I no longer have the software or licence key or receipt. Do I still have a license? how can I contact support to reactivate and download the app.?

If you registered your license with parallels when you got it go to www.Parallels.com >log on with your account information>select from the Dashboard>Parallels Desktop for Mac>Legacy Licenses.
