On VM WIndows 11 can write national characters only by click ALT(left) + [charakter]

Hi,
I have a problem with writing national characters during using the VM with Windows 11. I can put specific characters by clicking ALT(left)+char. but in macOS and windows, I normally use appropriately CMD(right)+char and ALT(right)+char. I would like to use this combination when running Windows as a VM.
I configure keyboard layout by Polish (Programmers, Apple) - Parallels.
I try to remaped by "Power Toys" in Windows VM ALT(left) to ALT(right), but it not working. The probe to remapping other programs (remapkey) is not working too.
I have a keyboard logi for mac "MX keys".

Any suggestions? What else to check?
