Once more a new upgrade

Hi Parallels,
First of all don't you have an email address like all other companies so one can contact you this way? Can't even find an email address to your sales debt.

Every time Apple comes with an upgrade so do you and each time you promise must faster start up etc. Can you prove this? Is there a youtube showing this? I'm having a hard time to see the better performance.

And No, I'm not going to sign up with Facebook or any other. I've bought a product from you and expect I in 2018 can send an email to that company.
