After finally figuring out how to create them short of reinstalling the OS, I like this feature. But there could be improvements. Since it's just an alias file, I can't include this on the left side of the dock. When it's on the right side, clicking it will open the VM of choice, but then another Parallels icon appears on left side of the dock. Would it be possible to make this alias icon act more like an actual application icon? Is there a way to fool OSX into doing this manually?
