Open a file in preview or Mail based on the path present in the clipboard

I often open a fie from a path that I must copy from a certain location in my app in Windows.
Then I must paste this in a Windows window, open it, select the Mac app that must open it, and do the action.
It will be easier to have it open directly on my Mac app (Mail of Preview for example) if I only have to click on a shortcut after my copy.
