Open Windows files in OS X?

How should i do this with Parallels 3.0?

Try right-clicking on the file in Windows, and choose 'Open with'; choose the mac application you want it to open with. It'll open in the OS X

Yeah i know that is not the problem, the problem is to open a Windows file (.docx) in a Windows app in OS X.

You mean associating the file extension in OS X to a windows app, correct?
