OpenCL Support on Apple Silicon GPUs //\\ OpenMP Support on Neural Engine Cores

There is a lot of compute potential being lost under Linux by not being able to effectively utilize OpenCL and OpenMP via VMs. Not really sure what more to post about this other than it would make a great feature for Apple Silicon devices.

Not sure if the Neural Engine cores would be able to OpenCL AND OpenMP, or just OMP... that being said, would be great to find out.
