Opening Cd Images

I Have No Trouble Creating Cd Images Of Installation Disks With Parallels Tools But I Am Unable To Boot Them (or See Them For That Matter) In Xp Home Edition.

I Am Running Mac Os 10.4.7 On A Macbook 2.0 And Have Carefully Read All The Related Help Items. I Would Appreciate Guidance. Thanks
 
Sorry... no answer to your question... just to say that I created mine (also for installing Win XP Pro and Kubuntu) with Disk Utility in .cdr format and had no problems at all...

Check permissions form the boot HD. Then re-check from OS X's Install CD/DVD.
