Hi all,
Have a client having an issue when attempting to open a word document in parallels running windows 7.
windows default file association is for Word(Mac) , but when trying to open , it just hangs, then does nothing. Opening task manager, i see it running 100% usage and will just sit there.
Opening the file directly from Mac works fine, so somewhere in it trying to launch from within windows it hangs.
Looking for any advice.
