OS X VPN can not access Windows services.

I run MS SQL on my Parallels XP, this db is used by my applications on OS X. When not on VPN things work fine.

When I VPN into my work network.
1) I can access intranet/internet in MAC OS X
2) I can access intranet/internet in Parallels XP
3) Unable to access MS SQL database from OS X (OS X unable to find Parallels XP, IP address)

I am using shared network settings, Is there any work around for this..

I suppose it is better to use Bridged Ethernet in Windows VM

I tried changing to Bridged Network.

Once I VPN

1) I cant access intranet/internet from Parallels XP
2) I cant access SQL Server(on XPO) from OS X
