I'm running Windows 8.1 in Parallels 9.0.23350 on Mac OS X 10.9 (13A603)
The Mac has 16 Gb of RAM (4 allocated to Win 8.1 with 2 CPUs).
Windows is used to run MS Office.
It's slow.
While Outlook uses 100Mb of ram, the only process using the processor constantly is prl_cc.exe. It averages 53%.
What is this process and why is it eating so many resources (currently 38 threads and 51%)
