Hi, Using email as a multi-factor authentication (MFA) to provide users a way to perform MFA. Useful, for example, when users don't want to use their personal devices to generate codes related to work. I know email is not true MFA, but some customers ask for & like it. Thanks,
Hey there. You are right, email is not what we'd recommend as the most secure "second factor" but it is already possible to use email in this way. For example with a RADIUS server. You can even give users a choice of how they want to provide a second factor on logon. An overview is here: https://kb.parallels.com/en/125061
