Outlook 2003 issue

I have Parallels 3.0 loaded on a Macbook Pro with XP running. When the XP side locks (we have a group policy that locks all computers after 10 min of inactivity) and the user logs back in, it opens a new instance of Outlook 2003. So if they unlock their computer 3 or 4 times, they have 3 or 4 instances of Outlook open. Anyone seen this, or know how to fix the problem? Thanks!
 
Just on this Mac's Parallels. I have not seen this issue on any of our Windows machines. We have someone else with an identical setup with Parallels, and they are not having the issue either.
