Outlook Icon in Mac to Bounce?

I mainly work in Mac environment and only switch to Windows when I need Outlook Express (email) and other apps for my work.

I have the Outlook Express icon in my Mac doc (with the Parallels logo on it) but when I receive a work email, the icon doesn't bounce as I would expect it to or display a number like Mac Mail does.

Is this even possible or do I have to keep switching between platforms to check my email?

I run windows in full screen mode and switch between platforms using "Spaces" between the two.

I'm afraid it is not possible. But you can set up notifications for every new email you receive which you will see at the bottom of the screen working in Coherence mode. This tutorial has a good explanation http://www.ehow.com/how_6085_receive-notification-e.html
