I completely understand that this might not be possible: If would be really nice if in Coherence mode, when there is a mail notification from Outlook (or other programs) that is meant to be the topmost window, that it be the topmost window of all OS X windows as well. As it stands right now, if I have an OS X window on top of a the Coherence windows, the Outlook notification tucks underneath the OS X window -- whereas I would LOVE if it could be above all of them as well.
