Since I upgraded to PD4 I've had a problem with suspend. First of all, I always shut down Outlook and all other running applications before I suspend.
After resuming a suspended session I can start Outlook fine. However, when I try to create a new message or reply to an e-mail and Outlook tries to open Word as my editor, I see the message "Starting Word as your editor" and then Outlook/Word freezes. The message just stays there.
Logging off and back on does not help. I have to reboot. This makes suspend TOTALLY USELESS for me.
Does anyone else suffer from this problem too?
I upgraded my PD4 Build 3810 with the patch available as of 05 Jan 2009 but it hasn't helped.
