P. Tools Automatic Updater screwed up my machine

Parallels Tools did an automatic update. Now Tools doesn't work. Parallels says Tools needs to be reinstalled. I had Parallels at least minimally functional before the attempted update. Now my Worden programs won't work. I'm on the verge of filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office for fraudulent inducement & misrepresentation. This product has never worked as advertised on my machine. It has been a continuing nightmare. I really want my money back so I can buy VMWare.

I have a 8-core Mac Pro
16 gigs of ram
Windows XP SP3
