P7 + W7 + Coherence/Crystal: Missing Start Menu

I'm trying out Coherence/Crystal and don't have a functioning Start Menu. When I right-click on the red menubar icon, I don't get anything. The "Windows Start Menu" entry in the menu doesn't appear to have any contents. Is there some way to force this to rebuild? I've tried reinstalling Parallels Tools in my Guest OS (W7 x64), restarting, etc.

All with most recent P7. Thanks! Jeremy
 
So, this might have to do with the fact that I've disabled the left Windows key via a registry change. The right Windows key works. So, if I bring a Windows app forward and hit the right Windows key, I get the start menu as expected. Is that menu item synthesizing a left-Windows-key event?
