Paid for Subscription but still unable to access

    I've paid for the Parallels Access subscription via my iTunes account (I've even received the received the receipt for the payment made) but I'm still unable to access. The iOS app still prompts "Trial period has expired. Limited access." And it still prompts for me to Subscribe. What should I do? Please help.

    Hi Ledrewy,

    If you have Parallels Desktop, please follow the steps given below:

    1) Sign out from your Parallels Access.

    2) Login to your Parallels Account https://www.parallels.com/account/ and reset the password of your Parallels Account at: http://kb.parallels.com/116181

    3) Now sign in to your Parallels Access with the email address you registered with Parallels Desktop.

    If you are not using Parallels Desktop:

    1) Sign out from your Parallels Access.

    2) Login in to your Parallels Access with the email address that you used to purchase the subscription and check if you are able to see the one year subscription.
