Hello edoardoro, May I know the mac OS you have now? Let us also ensure that Parallels Tools are properly installed. Please follow this link to install Parallels Tools. If you see reinstall or update Parallels Tools then kindly reinstall it.
I realise this is an old post, but I basically have the same issue. I use parallels Desktop v19. I've installed windows 11 ARM and I'm trying to use a program called Wiso Mein Büro Desktop: https://www.buhl.de/buero/
Installation works fine and the few first configuration screens are ok, but the moment it has to communicate with their firebirdSQL service it takes ages. After 5mins or so the program manages to start but then every click is basically hanging the application. It's not usable at all.
