Parallel 19 - Full screen issue

    There is a bug on how Parallel 19 treats VM that uses all screens when maximized or full screen mode. When maximized, mouse over the top edge in external displays may not show the windows bar (it doesn't work for me 100% of time). The bar only shows up on my MBP's built-in display, and is not as responsive as Parallel 18.

    If I successfully exited the full screen thru external display, then Parallel 19 thinks I'm still in full-screen mode, and will auto-hide Mac's application doc if VM is in focus.

    The issue has been addressed in Parallels Desktop 19.1.0 that should be released within a few hours.

    For us to further investigate the technical issue, kindly provide us with the following information:
    1. Detailed explanation, with all steps by steps followed, to reproduce the issue.
    2. Screenshot of error (message) you are receiving (if any).
    3. Reproduce issue and create a video recording of the issue following the article https://kb.parallels.com/en/118652 and upload the recorded file via secured file sharing link (provide us with the link)
    4. Reproduce issue and collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

    I have the same issue... I've tried the full screen settings/strech and all that... any ideas what I can do?... I can see all my Mac stuff behind the windows virtual machine. The virtual machine only takes up about half of the screen and I have no maximize button

    Your issue is different than mine. My issue was after maximized, the top bar will be hidden. Mouse over the top doesn't not bring back the top-bar 100% of time.
    Based on your screenshot, it looks like it's trying to install the Parallel Tools, which is necessary to resize the VM freely.
