    Hello all,
I have an M3 Pro Mac and was wondering if anyone had any luck with getting visual studio 2022 to work on Windows 11 ARM with parallel, using the .net framework 3.5 target.

I have installed and enabled the .net framework in the control panel, as well as making sure the option is checked in the visual studio installer, but my visual studio 2022 just won't show me 3.5 as an option.

I also have Studio 2019 installed as well, and that does allow me to use .net 3.5, however, I can't debug my program with 2019. I can build the program, but not sure what other error would come down the line later.

Anyone have any luck or suggestions? I installed windows 11 via parallel instead of any images.
