Dear Support, I found the parallel toolbox is a powerful tools and its helpful for capturing and downloading the video from web site. However, I tried to use in the Windows but not possible to find the Toolbox icon in the Windows bar. I think it's more convenient to have a icon in Window for easy access. thanks
Hi @HungK , please check the hidden icons in the system tray on the Windows virtual machine task bar and check if you can find the icon.
