Parallel Upgraded but it won't WORK !

I have upgraded to Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year), but it keeps asking me to verify the key of the old version which I don't have.

May you please help me out ASAP since I heavily rely on it for my work?
