Parallel workstation installation failure in windows 7

Hi All,
I am trying to install parallel workstation in my lappy with configurations:

OS: Windows 7 Home Basic
Laptop Manufacturer : Dell
Model : N5110
Porcessor : Intel Core i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz
RAM : 4 GB
Syatem type: 64-bit OS


The error that i am getting while installation is :

ERROR: Failed to install Parallels virtualization Hypervisor.

Please help.
