Parallels 10. After Installing Parallels Tools Windows 7 Basic(64) doesn't loading

Hello,
I have a problem. I installed parallels tools. After rebooting windows showed loading screen and nothing happing. I tried to reinstall Parallels Tools but I couldn't did it.

I don't know maybe it depends on version of windows. I tried to search solves in Internet and this forum but couldn't find information.

I made a screenshot of VM. It's Russian screen.
Mac OS X 10.9.5, Parallels 10(latest), Windows 7 Basic(64)

Hello Sergey,
Please follow below steps to resolve the issue:
1. Plz download Parallels Desktop 10 latest build 10.1.3(28868) from www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd10 & install it.
2. Go to Virtual Machine Configuration (http://kb.parallels.com/117287) > General > Increase number of CPU's to '2', increase memory to '4GB'.
3. Start the virtual Machine and check if there any change in the performance.
4. Follow the steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/112091 to improve virtual machine performance on your Mac.
