Hi, I am posting here in the hope that someone might be able to help. I bought Parallels originally as ver 9 but upgraded this summer to Ver 10, downloading and activating the package and all was well till a month or so ago. I am running P 10 ver 10.0.0 (27675) and am prompted that there is an update available to ver 10.0.2 (27712), but every time I instruct the update to download and install, nothing happens. The Parallels Icon in my dock remains there for a few seconds and then disappears, with the programme stopping. This happens however I try to initiate the update.
I run a mid 2012 MacBook Air with an i7 2GHz processor and 8GB of RAM, so I shouldn't be short of power to do this.
Does anyone have any bright ideas please? Many thanks in advance for any help on this one.
