Parallels 11 activation screen dead

...Just d/l'd Parallels 11....updating from 10.1.3. The install gets as far as the activation screen and that's it. I can not enter anything..... running El Capitan, I tb drive quad core and 16 gig....I reloaded ver 10 and tried again....same thing.....what's up?
