Parallels 11 to Parallels 14

Hello,

I have a license of Parallels 11 and Parallels has propose me to do the upgrade to the newest version of parallels (14) for 49.99 euros. I just want to know if I'm allowed to get an upgraded license because it's not clear from which oldest version of parallels we can buy an upgrade license.

I get to this link (https://www.parallels.com/fr/desktop-upgrade-10-11/) when i click the update button from Parallels app.

Hi,

You can upgrade from Parallels Desktop 10 or 11 to the latest version having purchase this upgrade key, but please keep in mind that it works only in case you strictly follow the link from the offer you get (do not copy/paste it). Otherwise you buy an ordinary upgrade key that requires Parallels Desktop 12 or 13 to activate the product.
