Parallels 11 Windows 10 missing contents of Mac Home Folder

I've upgraded to Parallels 11 and the contents of my Mac Home folder on Windows disappear. The files are there and they occasionally re-appear however, can disappear at any time.

When attempting to compile projects in Visual Studio, I get several errors "Error reading resource file....System cannot open the file"

Please help.
 
Hi, guys please try the following:
1. Open Finder -> Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utilities
2. Choose your Hard Drive and click "Repair Disk Permission" button
